Mixed offensive-defensive drill that works on quick passing actions, searching for the third man and defensive reading of the last player. It combines speed in the circulation of the ball, synchronized passing and a final shooting action with active opposition.
Three offensive players and one defensive player.
Development:
The first player initiates with a pass to the second player, who returns with a touch.
The third man is looked for, who receives and leaves a face-off for the second player.
This second player, after receiving a face-off, decides which goal to shoot at (there are two).
The defender, positioned between both goals, tries to intercept or block the shot in a reactive action.
Accuracy and timing of supports and returns.
