🧩 1. Exercise description

Offensive drill designed to work on wing situations with quick crosses and coordinated finishing by three players. The objective is to automate simple but effective actions in amplitude, improving the synchronization of movements and the quality of the definition.

🗺 2. Organization and development

  • It is developed from both band profiles alternately.

  • A player on the wing performs simple actions (driving, passing and crossing).

  • Three attackers prepare in the end zone to attack the cross from different trajectories (near post, far post, penalty spot).

  • After a period of time or number of repetitions, the finishing profiles are changed to work both sides and offensive roles.

🎯 4. Tips or main aspects

  • On the wing: speed of execution in the center and good reading of the moment to center.

  • In the area: coordinated movements and crossing of trajectories to generate spaces.

  • Finish with determination and technical quality, attacking specific finishing areas.

  • Introduce passive or active opposition in the center or end zone.

  • Change type of cross: low, tense, second post, back pass.
