Playful and technical-coordinative game, aimed at activating or decompressing the session. Two players compete in a duel of precision and body control, where they must propel the ball with their heads towards a defined area, promoting coordination, body control and the competitive component.
A circle of reduced size (with cones or marks) is delimited. Two players face each other, obliged to bounce the ball inside the circle and hit it exclusively with the head to return it. It is allowed to control the ball with any part of the body, but with a maximum of three touches before returning it again with the head towards the inside of the circle.
