Description of the exercise

Integrated exercise aimed at developing specific physical capacities (endurance, explosive strength or speed, depending on the load) combined with technical-tactical finishing actions. The player completes a physical circuit before performing a sequence of returns and finishes to goal.

🧭 2. Organization and Development

A circuit is organized in which a player, individually, starts with a specific physical task (coordination ladder, slalom, running with changes of direction, etc.). Then, he/she performs two supports/returns (wall passes or receptions) with a teammate or with rebounders, followed by unmarking or positioning movements to finish twice to goal after receiving the ball from different profiles or locations. Goalkeepers or free finishing can be included depending on the objective.
