Exercise oriented to automate the ball exit from zone 1, using the goalkeeper and two central defenders in front of an opponent's high pressure structure. The objective is to promote the reading of passing lines, decision making under pressure and the proper technical-tactical execution to overcome the opponent's first line.
Two central defenders and a goalkeeper are placed in the starting phase.
In front of them, there is a team in high pressure with:
1 striker in the first line.
2 midfielders behind, forming a second line of pressure.
The goal of the defenders is to progress with controlled passes or drives to find passing lanes that go beyond the two lines of pressure.
There are three mini-porteries located at the back of the pressers, which represent the teammates who would receive in the progression phase.
