1️⃣ Exercise Description

A technical passing situation is proposed in a Y-formation, with at least 6 players, where oriented control behind the back of the imaginary defender and quick association through the wall are worked on. The objective is to automate specific technical gestures: body orientation, proper profiling and passing after oriented control, choosing one of the two exit sectors (right or left).

2️⃣ Organization and Development

📍 Organization:

• Space: 30×20 meters approximately.

• Players: Minimum 6 players distributed in a Y-shape (one at the base, two at the sides, and three at the vertices for continuity).

• Material: Balls, cones to mark the structure of the Y.

⚙️ Development:

• The player at the base starts with a pass to the center vertex.

• The receiver performs oriented control with the proper body profile, bringing the ball behind the imaginary defender's back.

• Decide which sector to exit from (left or right).

• Make a wall with the partner of the chosen sector and continue the circulation.

• After each action, players rotate positions.

3️⃣ Variants

🔄 Possible Adaptations:

• Introduce a passive or movement-limited defender to condition control.

• Playing with one touch in the lateral sectors to increase speed.

• Extend the distance to work on long displacements or reduce it to emphasize precision.

• Perform the action with orientation changes behind the wall, simulating an exit to the opposite side.
