Position play exercise focused on working on the inside lane, which combines ball preservation and progression through situations of numerical superiority. Concepts such as attraction, the third man and overcoming lines are worked on, with quick decision making in reduced spaces.
A rectangle is divided into two zones: an initial zone with a 4×3 + optional goalkeeper and a final zone with a 2×1.
The objective is to progress with the ball from the first zone to the second zone, either by passing or driving.
In the second zone, a 2×1 is played with the possibility of equalizing (2×2) if a defender from the first zone jumps in to help.
After each action, players are rotated to maintain intensity and alternate roles.
Encourage the rational occupation of space and appropriate body profiles.
