📝 1. Description of exercise

Competitive pressing exercise in a reduced space with immediate transition to a 2×2 situation in the end zone. The aim is to improve aggressiveness in recovery, the effectiveness of coordinated pressure and decision making in numerical equality near the opponent's area.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Two teams of 6 players.

  • Two simultaneous rounds (4 vs. 2) are organized in separate areas of the field.

  • At the coachs signal, 2 offensive players from each round go out to pressure the 4 holders.

  • The first pair to recover the ball wins the option to attack in a 2×2 action.
