A technical exercise based on a sequence of passes between four positions , designed to improve passing quality, targeted control, and the use of one-two punches . The goal is to maintain a high flow rate through precise and intense execution, optimizing the body profile in each intervention to ensure continuity and fluidity.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Four stations or positions are delimited, occupied by players, with variable distances between them to simulate different game contexts (short, medium and long).

  • A chain of moving passes is performed, including:

    • Direct passes

    • Walls (support and return)

    • Controls oriented according to appropriate body profile

  • The exercise can be performed in both directions (left and right profile) to balance the technical work.

  • It is recommended to maintain a constant rhythm and repeat the sequences with rotation of positions between the players.

  • 📐 Appropriate body profiles : always receive with your hands facing the next pass.

  • 🎯 Just the right intensity in the pass to maintain speed without losing precision.

  • 🧠 Anticipating and reading trajectories to ensure wall synchronization.
