🧩 1. Exercise description

Dynamic exercise that works on reaction speed with a technical component, motor coordination and finishing in a situation of direct opposition. It combines cognitive stimulation, fast movements and decisional response, with a competitive race to the ball and a final shot.

🗺 2. Organization and development

  • Two players face each other, with colored cones (e.g. yellow and blue) arranged laterally.

  • Two balls placed in front line, aligned with the cones.

  • Development:

    • The coach gives a first sequential order (e.g. "yellow then blue"): the players perform lateral movements touching the cones in that order.

    • He then gives a second color command (e.g. "yellow"): the players must run to the ball aligned with that cone.

    • The player who arrives first will have the option to finish, while the other player acts as chaser-defender.

    • Roles are alternated and the dynamic is repeated.

    • Speed of reaction to verbal or visual stimuli.

    • Coordination and efficiency in support during lateral movements.

    • Maximum explosiveness when moving towards the ball.
