Technical-competitive exercise focused on improving ball handling, passing/removal accuracy and direct 1×1 confrontation. It is designed to work on both technical execution under control and decision making in individual duels, within an active and confrontational dynamic between teams.
The players are divided into two equal teams.
In each repetition, one player from each team goes out simultaneously, each with a ball, facing the opposing team's player.
Phase 1: ball driving through a delimited area, emphasizing control and speed.
Phase 2: precise finishing or passing to a mini-target or assigned target, looking for efficiency in technical completion.
Phase 3: 1 vs. 1 duel between the two players who have already faced each other, in a reduced space, where one acts as attacker and the other as defender.
Alternate roles in the next repetition, ensuring that everyone goes through all three phases.
