Defined space with three small goals lined up or distributed at the back of the defending team.
Two players participate per action: 1 attacker and 1 defender.
Development:
The attacker tries to score in any of the 3 goals, deciding according to the available space.
If the defender recovers the ball, he can counterattack towards the opponent's goal.
Roles are alternated in each repetition or after a given sequence.
Attacker: look for changes of pace and direction, take advantage of a wide range of finishing options.
Advocate: work on timing and distance of intervention.
Fast transition after loss or theft.
Reading the free space and effective decision making in speed.
Limit time of possession or number of touches for the attacker.
Introduce an offensive wild card or a second defender for 2v1.
Change the arrangement of the goals to modify the angle of attack.
Introduce goalkeeper in one of the goals to alternate difficulty.
