Description of the exercise 🏆 2.

Exercise in three integrated phases that combines individual technical aspects, 1vs1 situations and finishing from a lateral cross. Stimulates decision making, quality in technical execution and coordination between players in real game situations.

2. Organization and development 📌

• A slalom course is organized with balls, cones or obstacles.
• At the end of the slalom, the player makes a pass to a defender who waits in front of him and receives a return from him to finish at goal.
• Immediately after, the same player turns and faces a 1vs1 against that same defender in a delimited zone near the area.
• Finally, after this 1v1 action, the attacking player enters the box to finish off a lateral cross sent from the wing by a teammate. The defender who made the 1v1 also comes in to defend the cross.

4. Tips or main aspects 🔍

• Oriented control after the pass before the shot.
• Quality in the technical gesture during the 1vs1 (feint, change of pace).
• Adequate timing to attack the lateral center.
• Fast transition between phases without losing concentration.

3. Variants 🔄

• Change the slalom starting profile (left or right).
• Vary the type of center (low, medium or aerial) and from different areas.
• Include a goalkeeper to increase the demand for finishing.
• Increase the difficulty of 1vs1 (reduced space, limited time).
