A technical-tactical exercise designed to develop shooting on goal after a sequence of linked passes , requiring precise coordination of team movements . The goal is to mechanize offensive circuits with predefined combinations that lead to simultaneous completion of shots on both goals.
According to the graphic (not visible in this environment, but interpreted), the players are placed distributed in two parallel or symmetrical channels .
In each sequence, a ball is simultaneously activated in each channel with an initial diagonal pass .
A straight pass is then made to a front player who, after receiving, returns through a wall pass to the deep player.
The exercise ends with a simultaneous shot at goal on both sides.
The work is done continuously and rhythmically , rotating through stations to ensure the participation of all players.
