🧩 1. Exercise description

Physical-technical activation exercise, ideal for the initial phase of the session, which combines short passing with precision and execution of agility, speed and coordination gestures. It allows the player to prepare both physically and neuromuscularly without interfering with technical quality.

🗺 2. Organization and development

  • Form 4 rows facing each other in pairs at a suitable distance for a precise short pass.

  • Physical elements (ladders, hoops, low hurdles, cones) are placed between the rows, forming 4 stations parallel to the passing line.

  • Development:

    • One player makes the pass to his teammate in the opposite row.

    • After passing the ball, perform the agility or coordination circuit of your station.

    • The elements must not get in the way of the pass.

    • The rhythm is continuous and alternates between passing and physical exercises.
