A 4 vs 4 game is played in a reduced space with a regulation goal.
The attacking team has two outside support players, each in a delimited lateral zone, who are not allowed to leave that zone.
When the defending team recovers the ball, it initiates the offensive transition.
In order to be able to finish on goal, they must first access one of the defined shooting zones.
This forces the player with the ball to execute a 1 vs 1 against a defender before being able to finish, reinforcing the quality of the overflow and individual decision making.
Reinforce speed and precision in the transition after a steal.
