Technical physical work composed of three different phases. 1) post work 2) running different distances 3) short duration games
In a space of 40×30 approximately, at least two teams of 4 players (can be 4 teams) are arranged. They perform a work in a marked post, during a period of time (20"-30"), then perform a race of 10-20-30 meters as we consider and finally these two teams face each other for a short time (1', 1'30"), while they face each other, and if there are two other teams waiting, they start their work in posts coordinating to start their race when the game is over.
