Technical exercise oriented to the passing and support mechanism with emphasis on the "face-off" action. The aim is to automate the correct orientation of the body when receiving, and the precise delivery of the ball in optimal conditions for the progression of the game.

• A circular space is delimited with several players distributed equidistantly around the perimeter.

• One or more players work inside as linebackers.

• Passing sequences are made to the inside support, who must control and "face" the next player, facilitating the continuity of the pass.

• The emphasis is on pass quality, body profile and control orientation.

• Progressive pacing and changes in meaning can be introduced to increase cognitive demand.
