Offensive-defensive duel drill with finishing, designed to work on individual explosive actions in attack and defense, with immediate role change. Combines reaction, decision making in 1v1 and quality finishing, with emphasis on the immediate transition between offensive and defensive phases.
Two regulation goals located parallel or opposite each other, at a functional distance, are used.
Player A initiates with an uncontested completion from about 17 meters.
Immediately after the shot, A must turn or move to defend a 1v1 against player B, who attacks the opposite goal with a controlled ball or pass.
Players are rotated after each action, alternating offensive-defensive roles.
High intensity in the role change: fast transition and immediate defensive concentration.
Take care of the technical quality of the first shot even if it is unopposed.
Work on body position and defensive angles in 1v1.

Modify the starting distance or the type of stroke on the first action.
