Exercise that combines offensive and defensive duels (2×2) with fast transitions and attacks in reduced space. The asymmetry of goals promotes different tactical intentions: direct progression towards big goals and organized defense against distributed attacks on small goals.
In a medium-small rectangular space, pairs (2×2) face each other continuously. One team attacks and defends a large goal, while the other team attacks and defends two small goals, placed laterally or diagonally.
Each action ends with a goal, theft or ball exit, and a new pair is quickly activated or roles are reversed, encouraging immediate transitions and dynamic play.

Quick decision in offensive phase: dribbling, passing or finishing.
Defensive compactness to protect goal areas.
Reading the type of goal to defend/attack to adjust tactical behavior.
