  • Players start from three different positions, rotating in each repetition.

  • The sequence begins with a physical activation exercise (jumps, slalom, short sprint...).

  • Subsequently, a chain of passes is made leading to a long pass into space.

  • The receiver of the long pass makes a backward pass, where a teammate arriving from the second line connects the shot on goal.

  • Work is done in dynamic repetitions with a sustained and controlled rhythm, promoting both physical intensity and technical precision.
