Possession drill oriented to numerical superiority structured according to a specific system of play (1-3-1-4-2). The technical-tactical objective is to keep the ball with the intention of progressing through the outside lanes and finishing with a lateral cross, replicating real match situations.
Three teams of 4 players are formed.
One of them acts as a neutral team, structured with:
1 player behind the ball (support)
1 interior
2 open players on the wing
In addition to these, there are 4 offensive inside players, organized according to the 1-3-1-4-2 system.
The third team performs defensive tasks in a numerically inferior situation.
The action begins with a possession phase, where a specific sequence of passes must be made.
The objective is to identify the moment to progress to the wing, activate the outside player and finish with a lateral cross.
