Exercise of positional play with numerical inequality (8v6), designed to work on organized positional attacks in front of retreating defenses, and to manage offensive-defensive transitions. Provocation rules are integrated to simulate real match situations and encourage collective decision making.
Two teams:
8 players in attack (superiority).
6 defenders organized in a 4+2 structure.
It is played within a delimited horizontal zone, which simulates an offside line and conditions the game.
Development:
The attacking team circulates the ball to disorganize the defensive block.
You can attack any of the 4 small goals after fulfilling a rule (e.g. minimum 6 consecutive passes).
This allows the defending team the option of repositioning and prepares the defensive transition after a loss.
In transition, the attacking team must immediately defend the goals to prevent the counterattack.
Maintain width and depth to open passing lanes.
Use of the third man and orientation changes to unbalance.
In defense: work in the lower-middle block, tilting and coverage.
Transitions: immediate activation after loss to avoid counterattack.
Change the number of passes required before attacking.
Add inner joker to facilitate progression.
Vary the defensive disposition (3+3, 5+1).
Include an extra "goal" zone if the line delimited with a quick combination is exceeded.
