Task oriented to possession in numerical superiority (4v2) with focus on changes of orientation and defensive pressure after loss. The objective is to encourage fast ball circulation, use of jokers and decision making to pass from one lateral zone to the other.
Space: Field divided into 3 zones (two wide lateral ones and a narrower central one).
Disposition:
2 teams of 4 players.
3 offensive jokers (always support the holder).
Sequence:
It starts in a lateral zone with a 4v2 + jokers (superiority).
Objective: to maintain possession and look for a change of direction towards the other lateral zone.
The pass must cross the central (narrow) zone to connect with the players on the other side.
In the new lateral zone, the 4v2 is repeated.
If the defending team steals the ball, roles are reversed and they become the team in possession.
Attack: amplitude and mobility to generate passing lines; take advantage of wild cards to progress.
Defense: coordinated pressure in 2v4 looking to intercept a change of direction pass.
Speed in the attack-defense transition after loss or recovery.
Read the optimal time for the change of orientation: neither too early nor too late.
Limit the number of touches to increase circulation speed.
Force a minimum number of passes to be made before changing orientation.
Change position or number of jokers (lateral, interior or free).
Reduce dimensions of the central zone to increase the difficulty of the pass.
