Two players start the exercise by passing the ball to each other , one acting as a forward with his back to the goal .
After receiving, the striker must turn quickly and face the goal.
Simultaneously, the defender starts from a distance set by the coach (behind the striker), with the intention of putting pressure on him or intercepting the shot .
The exercise ends with a quick finishing action , before the defender can intervene.
