Integrated exercise that mixes passing sequences with specific physical actions and ends in offensive and defensive 1×1 duels. It allows training agility, speed and defensive coordination, as well as the creation of offensive advantage after previous circulation, simulating real game contexts.
Two teams are formed (e.g., blue and white).
White team:
Performs a sequence of combinational passes.
The objective is to leave a player in a position to face a 1×1 offensive duel towards the small goal.
Blue team:
As the sequence unfolds, one player performs an agility, speed or coordination circuit (e.g. stairs, cones, jump + sprint).
At the end, this player enters to defend in a 1×1 trying to prevent the goal in a small goal.
Roles are alternated after a certain number of repetitions, so that all players work on offense and defense.
⚡ High intensity physical work prior to defending: prepare body and mind to react.
🧠 Quality in the passing sequence to free the attacker with an advantage.
👣 Use of the body, changes of pace and direction in the offensive 1×1.
📐 Low and active defensive profile, with good reading to contain and reduce options.
🔁 Modify the complexity of the physical circuit according to the conditional objective (longer or more explosive).
⚙️ Change the structure of the passing sequence (walls, triangle passes, pass to the third man).
📍 Add time limit to perform 1×1 or condition to completion in few touches.
🔄 Rotate the attack/defense goal to vary the angles of the duel.
