It starts with a wide-open action, where a player receives and executes a lateral cross into the area.
Inside the area, a striker and a defender face each other as equals.
The defender's objective is:
Do not lose the mark and avoid the attacker' s shot.
In case of winning the duel, if the possibility arises, orient the clearance or make a useful pass, using strategically placed small goals as a directional reference.
Roles are alternated and can be repeated from both sides.
Defense: attentive to the ball trajectory and body profile to anticipate the striker.
Marking without grabbing, using the body to gain position.
Clearances: whenever possible, orient out of danger or initiate counter-attack.
Reading the center: adjusting the position according to the ball, not just the opponent.
Add a second attacker or defender for 2×2 situations.
Change type of cross (low, aerial, far post).
Include real goalkeeper to increase realism.
Define clearance or valid passing zones with colors or delimited zones.
