Small-space match drill with numerical superiority (4×4+1), whose main objective is to maintain possession under pressure, encouraging immediate activation after loss and the management of the quick offensive transition by the team that recovers the ball.
In a delimited space (adjustable to the number and level of players), a 4×4 + 1 neutral joker is played, always in support of the team in possession.
The team with superiority works to keep the ball as long as possible, without goalkeeper support or finishing on goal.
When the trailing team regains possession, it makes a quick offensive transition:
This transition can be conditioned by number of passes (e.g. 3 passes) or by time (e.g. 6 seconds).
Once the offensive transition is completed, the roles of the teams are reversed and the sequence is repeated.
The neutral player remains active throughout the task, staying with the team in possession.
