🧠 1. Exercise description

Round-robin exercise in a reduced space, aimed at improving short play with few touches, technical precision under pressure and the ability to change the direction of the game after an effective passing sequence. Promotes dynamism, reading the game and rhythm control.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Two squares of approximately 8×8 meters are arranged, adjustable according to level and category.

  • In each square a 3×1 is performed (3 holders and 1 defender).

  • It is preferably played with one touch, although it can be flexible depending on the technical level.

  • The objective is to achieve a sequence of at least 5 consecutive passes to enable the option to change the direction of the game: that is, to pass the ball to the other square.

  • As the game changes, players rotate dynamically to continue to maintain occupancy of both spaces.
