🧠 1. Exercise description

Active warm-up exercise with a ball , focusing on gradual warm-up through basic technical actions: feinting, dribbling, dribbling, and wall passing . Ideal for both physical and cognitive activation, keeping the ball as the central tool from the start of the session.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Two lines are formed facing each other , with the players placed facing each other at a medium distance.

  • Both players come out simultaneously , executing a feint action plus a speed dribble at the start.

  • They then drive the ball in a straight line to a marked area, where they form a wall with the player in front .

  • After the action, players change rows , allowing for continuous rotation.
