Exercise Description

Participants:

  • 4 teams of 4 players (total: 16 players).

Play space:

  • Field divided into three zones:

    • Zone 1 (initial): wide.

    • Zone 2 (central strip): narrower.

    • Zone 3 (end zone): with small goals.


    • Objective: to score goals in small goals.

Exercise Development

  1. First phase (Zone 1):

    • The game pits 8 players against 4.

    • Objective: the team with numerical superiority (8 players) must maintain possession and progress with the ball.

    • Goal: to get the ball to the 4 players waiting in the central strip (Zone 2).

  2. Transition (Passage from Zone 1 to Zone 2):
