Combined exercise that trains possession in numerical superiority (5×2) and immediate activation in offensive-defensive transitions. Promotes mobility in reduced space, decision making under pressure and quick reorganization after loss or after passing through lines.
Field divided into three zones: two possession sectors and a central interception strip.
It starts with a 5×2 in a reduced area.
Initial objective: complete a given number of passes (e.g. 6-8).
Once this is achieved, an attempt is made to switch play to the opposite sector, preventing the players on the central strip from intercepting the pass.
If the change is achieved, you can attack in 5×4 superiority against structured defense.
If the ball is lost before changing sectors, an immediate transition takes place: the 5 players of the losing team must defend in inferiority (5×6) within their sector.
Possession with intention and constant mobility, always seeking to overcome lines.
Immediate activation after loss: aggressive and organized defensive transition.
Attention to body orientation and peripheral vision for the long pass between sectors.
Coordination in the 5×4 attack: breadth, depth and rational occupation of space.
