Several teams of 4 players are formed.
A player makes a high pass into a square where the other 3 teammates are located.
A first player receives the pass without letting it fall .
A second player sets the ball with one touch for the third player to finish with one touch into a small goal .
The entire sequence must be performed without the ball touching the ground and with only one contact per player .
Roles alternate after each attempt and successful completions are scored.
Promote communication between colleagues and visual-technical coordination .
Work on the accuracy of the assist touch to facilitate finishing.
Promote the variety of technical resources in air control and strikes.
Ensure concentration and body control , especially in the timing of touches.
Change the number of players involved (e.g. 2 in the square + 1 finisher).
Include surface restriction (head, instep, thigh only…).
Add passive opposition or time limit to perform the sequence.
