Mixed exercise that combines a structured passing and finishing sequence with a physical endurance component, designed to simulate repeated high intensity actions in the offensive zone. The objective is to improve accuracy, speed in movement and the ability to finish after physical effort, within an organized tactical structure.

🧩 2. Organization and development

  • Specific support positions are delimited on the field (e.g., fullback, inside, pivot, winger, striker).

  • Players perform a pre-established combinative sequence, prioritizing:

    • Speed in the circulation of the ball.

    • Passing accuracy and orientation.

    • Synchronized unmarking.

  • The action concludes with a finish to goal by the player who:

    • Previously performed physical work (e.g., slalom with cones, sprinting, jumping).

  • Upon completion, each player rotates to the next position, ensuring passage through all functions.

  • 👟 Technical quality under fatigue, especially in the last pass and finishing.

  • 🧠 Synchronization between players on each pass to keep pace.
