Technical-tactical exercise in a 3×1 double round-robin format, which seeks to reinforce ball conservation in numerical superiority, communication between sectors and the ability to change the orientation of the game under control. It promotes peripheral vision, passing with intention and the connection between mini offensive structures.
Two contiguous or nearby spaces are delimited, where two 3×1 rounds are played simultaneously.
Each round is initially played with one ball. Offensive players must complete a minimum sequence of passes (e.g. 4-5) before they can look to change direction with a pass to the other round.
After receiving the pass, the receiving team must control the ball and return it with another clean sequence, promoting alternation between both rounds.
The exercise can start with a single ball and, as coordination improves, introduce a second ball to develop simultaneous double circulation between the two rounds.
