Exercise focused on the mobility of inside players, the generation and use of numerical superiority, and the use of interactions in reduced space. The aim is to stimulate quick association between close players, the occupation of intermediate spaces and the understanding of positional play in dynamic contexts.
The field is divided into two equal zones.
Three teams of 3 players participate, plus 1 inside joker.
They play in one sector:
2 attacking players + 2 side linebackers + 1 inside joker (5 attackers).
Against 2 defenders of the opposing team.
An attacking player and a defender wait in the other sector to join the action in case of a change.
Rotation options:
Every time the ball is lost, the roles are changed.
Or, the defending team remains until a certain number of balls have been recovered.
Encourage constant mobility of the interior players, without occupying passing lines.

Defensively: work on timing and collective coverage.
