Tactical exercise of offensive automatisms focused on the completion and use of second plays in systems with double strikers. The aim is to reinforce the offensive patterns with support, offloads and breaks, integrating the outside players and promoting the occupation of finishing areas.
Teams of 6 players are formed, distributed according to the game model: central or midfielders, two forwards and wing or second line players.
The start is from the construction zone (central defenders or MC), who must connect with one of the two forwards.
The forwards act as a fulcrum to combine with outside players, who attack the space generated.
The action culminates with a finish after the arrival of the second line or rejection, encouraging offensive aggressiveness and timing in the incorporation.
Goals with goalkeeper or mini-goals can be used, depending on the objective of the task.
