A 1-on-1 situation is organized after an external stimulus (sending the ball from a flank). Two teams of 3 to 5 players are arranged in the middle of the field, which is delimited and bordered by the lateral bands. The receiving player must pick up the ball, beat the opponent in an individual duel and finish the action by passing through one of the "gates" provided for this purpose (simulating goal zones or specific finishing zones).
📍 Organization:
Space: Midfield cut out by the flanks.
Players: Two teams of 3, 4 or 5 players.
Material: Balls, cones or spades to mark the finishing gates.
⚙️ Development:
The ball is sent from one of the flanks into the playing space.
The player of the attacking team must go to pick up the ball.
A 1×1 duel with the defender is initiated.
The attacker can only finish if he overcomes the defender, passing the ball through one of the gates provided.
