Exercise of a physical-technical nature oriented to the development of speed and power resistance, with a final component of technical completion after an intense effort. Players perform a medium-high intensity run that culminates with a finishing action to goal, simulating a context of execution under fatigue.

📐 2. Organization and Development

  • An average distance (approx. 20-40 meters) is defined for the race, which may include straight stretches, changes of direction or opposing elements.

  • At the end of the course, the player receives the ball (passing or driving) and finishes with a shot at goal.

  • We work in series and repetitions, controlling recovery times.

  • Number of players per set and rest time will depend on the desired intensity.

  • Control the neuromuscular load to avoid overloading: adjust rhythm, number of repetitions and pauses.
