Two players face each other on either side of a pike or central cone.
At the coachs signal, both perform a pre-marked route (e.g., around the pike).
After completing the course, they compete to reach the ball in the front zone first.
The player who gets the ball has the option to finish on goal, while the other player tries to avoid it.
