Exercise focused on working on fast offensive transitions in a situation of numerical superiority (3v2), as well as defensive reaction running in front of goal, simulating counterattack and defensive retreat scenarios.
A space approximately twice the size of a penalty area is delimited. It starts with an attack of 3 attackers against 2 defenders who must prevent the advance towards the goal. Once the action is over (goal, steal or ball out), a second 3v2 attack is quickly activated with new attackers, keeping the same defensive pair. After these two consecutive attacks, the defenders are replaced by a new pair.
