Exercise focused on the organized ball exit from zone 1, with active participation of the two central defenders and the goalkeeper. We work on decision making and technical execution in superiority (3×2), as well as the immediate reaction of the goalkeeper to a loss in a compromised area, simulating a defensive transition after a mistake in construction.
A 3×2 is organized in a central lane: the two central defenders and the goalkeeper face two pressing players.
The objective is to progress by means of a vertical pass as if they were connecting with the midfielders located on the upper line, symbolizing the overcoming of the first line of pressure.
The goalkeeper can actively participate as an exit support.
In case of loss, a situation of immediate completion is simulated that requires reaction and agility of the goalkeeper to correct from an advanced position or after a pass from the rivals towards the goal.
⚠️ Attention in the risk zone: the goalkeeper must be active, ready to intervene after a loss.
