Two players take turns participating in a rotating dynamic of attack and defense .
The attacker receives a lateral pass , controls the ball and must quickly decide which of the two small goals he will finish towards .
The defender starts active but slightly behind, and must react quickly to try to intercept or block the shot .
Once the action is finished, the roles are exchanged and the action is repeated.
The goal for the attacker is precision in finishing , while for the defender it is quick reading and closing the shooting line .
In defense: work on reaction, body orientation and reading the opponent's intention .

Technique: ensure precision or power depending on the distance and space available .
It is important to alternate profiles to improve bilateral skills in both hitting and defense.
