A 3-on-3 task in offensive transition is proposed, in which an offensive trio attacks three mini goalposts defended by a defensive trio, which is already positioned. The goal is to attack with dynamism and decision, looking to finish in a limited time, thus favoring fast offensive behaviors and efficient resolution of equal numerical situations.
Space: Field of 40×20 meters.
Players: Two offensive trios and two defensive trios (minimum 12 players in rotation).
Structure:
Three mini-porches located on a back line.
The defenders already positioned in front of the mini-porteries.
Attackers start from the opposite end at the coachs signal.
Dynamics:
At the signal, the attacking trio starts the attack towards the mini-porteries.
The objective is to score in one of them in a limited time.
After completing several repetitions, roles are exchanged between attackers and defenders.
