Team competition drill that integrates aspects of agility, speed and technical accuracy. Players perform a circuit in which they must combine driving, wall, precise passing and finishing while competing between two groups to see who completes the fastest and most efficient route.
Space: Circuit delimited with cones for driving and wall and shooting/passing area.
Equipment: Cones, balls, spades and goal (or targets for precision).
Execution:
The group is divided into two rows behind the starting line.
Two players go out at a time (one from each row) to perform the circuit.
Actions included:
Zig-zag driving between cones (agility work).
Fast wall with support (control and pass).
Precision pass to target or completion to goal.
The player runs back to his row for the next teammate to come out.
Direct competition: the first team to complete all repetitions wins.
Encourage execution at maximum intensity but with technical control.
Reinforce the coordination on the wall to make it fast and clean.
Promote healthy competition and communication among peers.
Control pauses and recovery to maintain exercise quality.
Modify the course (more turns, longer distance or add jumps).
Include time limits to increase pressure.
Penalty for technical errors (hitting cone, failure to pass).
Vary the final action: precision shot, pass to mini-goal or controlled drive to goal.
