1. 📝 Exercise description

Exercise designed as part of an active warm-up, with the objective of reaching optimal body temperature and activating the neuromuscular systems prior to more intense tasks. It combines passing, agility, speed and finishing in a dynamic and symmetrical format.

2. 🧩 Organization and Development

  • Two groups are formed in parallel with a symmetrical arrangement.

  • Each action begins with an initial pass, followed by a short agility or speed circuit (cones, low hurdles, zig-zag...).

  • The player picks up the ball after the agility gesture and finishes with a pass to the net (if precision is sought) or a powerful shot (if you want to start activating the muscles for hitting).

  • Progressive pace: from less to more intensity as the exercise progresses.

4. 🎯 Tips or main features

  • Emphasize correct technical execution even in activation phases.

  • Ensure adequate break times to avoid early fatigue.

  • Stimulate attention and concentration from the beginning through variety and rhythm.

  • Ideal for integrating game-specific gestures into the warm-up.
