Possession exercise in small spaces, designed to improve mental agility in changing zones, the ability to press in short spaces and associative play under pressure. Stimulates collective tactical reading and speed in offensive and defensive reorganization.
Three contiguous spaces (lanes or squares) are delimited. Three teams of 4 players participate. The game starts in one space with a 4×2 (4 attackers vs. 2 defenders). The other two defenders are placed in the lateral spaces, as well as 2 attackers in each one.
When the zone is changed, the attackers rotate quickly to the new space, always maintaining a 4×2. Thus, each inactive space has a momentary 2×1. The number of steals per team is counted (e.g. 8) before rotating roles.
