Reduced delimited space (e.g. 25×20 m).
It starts with a 2-on-1 situation towards a goal.
At the end of this action, a new defender is introduced (2v1 becomes 2v2), and an aerial ball from the outside starts the next play.
A new attacker is added to generate a 3 vs. 2, which after finishing repeats the same pattern: a new defender is added to become a 3 vs. 3.
The sequences are linked quickly to maintain rhythm and intensity.
