🧠 1. Exercise description

Conditional positional game exercise, oriented to work on the respect of the zones of the field and the structure of the game system both in attack and defense. It focuses on the creation of partnerships between wing players, with each team attacking preferably by one profile (right or left), while maintaining the zonal organization.

🧩 2. Organization and development

• A 5-on-5 is played with a neutral player, who acts as support for the team in possession and creates numerical superiority.

• The field is divided into zones, highlighting:

  • Right profile (preferred attack of a team).

  • Left profile (preferred attack of the other team).

  • Center line (support zone but not invadable by other players).

• Each team attacks mainly through its assigned profile (right or left), seeking to generate associations between fullback/outside/inside in that sector.

• In the defensive phase, teams must maintain their structure without losing the rational occupation of space, protecting their assigned zone and avoiding disorderly movements.

• The neutral player supports freely, enhancing combinative play and structured progression.

• 🧠 Respect tactical positioning according to the assigned game profile.

• 👥 Encourage partnerships on the flank: unmarking, support, walls, and unfolding.

• 📐 Management of space and zonal boundaries, avoiding overlapping roles or encroaching sectors.

• 🗣️ Tactical communication and superiority reading to exploit the neutral player and find advantages.

🔄 3. Variants

• 🔁 Limit the number of passes before changing sectors, to promote dynamism.

• 📍 Include specific mini-ports or completion zones in each profile.

• ⚙️ Rotate the attack profile of each team after a given period.

• 🔄 Allow timely entry of a player from the central zone after activation pass or wall.
