Organization and development: 2 complete teams of 11 players each. 5×5 actions are performed. The team of 5 defenders, positioned according to the game system we want to work on, tries to recover the ball and connect with the 5 players who are waiting in the central area. These will move on to attack the 5 defenders of the opposing team. Once they advance to the other zone, they can no longer retreat, the central strip being considered as the limit line of the field.
The defensive position of the waiting players can be marked to give the forwards time to position themselves.
